Thank you for choosing Cake-Expectations. Every cake is individually designed and handmade to order.
These Terms & Conditions explain how orders, payments, changes, cancellations, collection and delivery work.
By placing an order with Cake-Expectations, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders
All cake orders are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
Please check all order details, including date, flavour, size, design and wording, before confirming your order.
Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date.
Orders will not be released until payment has been received in full.
Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not always be possible, particularly for cakes that are already being prepared.
Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable.
Collection & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate collection or delivery details.
Once a cake has been collected or delivered safely, responsibility for the cake passes to the customer. Cakes should be transported and stored according to the care instructions provided.
Cake Designs
Cake designs may vary slightly from photographs or agreed designs due to the handmade nature of our products. We will make every reasonable effort to match the agreed design.
Allergies
Cake-Expectations takes food allergies and intolerances seriously.
We DO NOT cater for allergens. this is because Cake-Expectations operates in a kitchen where ingredients containing allergens may be used. I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the matter and try to resolve it.
