How to Order

Each cake design is handcrafted and baked fresh to order.

Cake prices do vary as some designs take a lot more hours to produce than others.

For your quote, Firstly I need to confirm I have the date free.

Once checked, Send details of the type of cake / design your looking for,

along with how many portions you would like it to serve (and delivery postcode)

I can then send your quote including delivery.

I work on a first come first served basis and an order is only booked in

when the deposit has been made.

Payments are by bank transfer.

Its a £50 deposit for celebration cakes, then balance paid the day before delivery.

Its £100 for Wedding cakes then balance paid 4 weeks before delivery.

(payments are non refundable or transferable)

I only take a limited amount of orders per week and certain dates do fill fast.

Short notice cakes are very rarely possible.

Cake Expectations MENU

Victoria sponge cake .Traditional vanilla sponge layered with raspberry jam & vanilla buttercream.

Chocolate cake.. Rich Chocolate sponge cake layered with chocolate buttercream .

Madagascan vanilla cake. Vanilla sponge cake layered with madagascan vanilla buttercream.

Lemon cake . Tasty lemon sponge cake layered with a flavoursome lemon buttercream filling.

Chocolate orange cake. Tangy chocolate orange sponge cake layered with a choc orange buttercream.

Marble cake. A marble of chocolate & vanilla sponge cake layered with a chocolate buttercream filling.

Rich fruit cake. This tasty fruit cake has a splash of spanish brandy, its covered in marzipan and a choice of royal icing or sugarpaste. CONTAINS ALCOHOL & NUTS

Chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling. A rich indulgent chocolate cake with a homemade chocolate fudge filling.

Raspberry & white chocolate cake. White chocolate sponge cake with fresh raspberries and layered with white choc buttercream.

Cherry bakewell cake. Almond sponge cake with layers of black cherry jam and almond buttercream. CONTAINS NUTS

Pistachio & lavender cake. A tasty pistachio sponge cake in a light green colour with a lavender buttercream in lilac. This is a tangy and strong flavour. CONTAINS NUTS

Cookies & cream cake. Vanilla sponge cake with crushed cookies added. Layered with vanilla & cookies buttercream.

Your cake will be individually designed and handmade fresh to order.

We use fresh produce and traditional recipes. We then cover in a generous coating of chocolate ganache before a final drape in sugarpaste.

Multi tiered cakes (including Wedding cakes) can have a different flavour for each tier.

Cakes are at there best for 7 days from delivery.

Leftovers are best stored in an airtight container.

If you prefer you can wrap well and freeze (without the decorations or fondant covering).
